Magnesia
Carbon Brick
This product uses electro-fused magnesite and natural high
purity graphite as feed materials and high quality phenol
as a binder, which then goes through high speed blending,
evacuated high pressure shaping, heat-treating, and other
processes. It features a dense matrix structure, reasonable
phase distribution, good properties of anti-spalling, anti-corrosion,
high temperature volume stability, and heat conductivity.

Made from high-grade magnesite sinter and chrome oxide by high
pressure shaping and temperature firing. It is characterized
as
having high direct-bonding rate and large crystals, good thermal
spalling resistance and slag resistance. |

Magnesia-Alumina Brick (Peroclase-Magnesite
Alumnia Spinal) Made from high-grade magnesite sinter and periclase
magnesite alumina spinel as raw aterials. The brick is made
under high pressure and has a very good thermal spalling resistance.
It is mainly used in high temperature zones of all industrial
furnaces and kilns. |

Special Electro-fused
Magnesite
Special grade electro-fused magnesite along with special high-class
natural magnesite ore are used raw materials, which are then
treated in a high mperature electric smelting furnace. Characteristics
of electro-fused magnesite.:
1) Calcium-silica ratio larger than 2
2) Bulk density higher than 3.50g/cm3
3) Full grain growth |
